Development

Moving into an apartment or some other type of housing is just the beginning of life transformation.  If you have been in the cycle of poverty and homelessness for a while chances are you need to develop some new tools and resources to continue to be successful and also to be upwardly mobile - fully breaking the cycle of poverty and homelessness.  Development is our long-term commitment to you - a life long community working to help people live the life God has for them!

Mentors and Friendships

We always tell people once you are with us you are stuck with us!  You are a welcome part of our community anytime, which means the support through friendships and mentors last forever.  As people move into housing we recognize they still need community, there are still life skills that need to be learned, and they still need people - healthy people!  So, development happens with birthday lunches, help with bills, figuring out how to work with the grouchy landlord, and all the fun things of being housed!
